You want to start finding real answers to your health concerns. You’ve tried different diets, taken different supplements, visited different providers, and still here you are trying to fill in the missing pieces. There is nothing worse than not feeling good and not knowing why or what to do about it. And there’s no one-size-fits-all solution for this because we’re all unique beings with different symptoms and biochemistry, not to mention different personalities, personal histories, and lifestyles. And all of these elements are relevant when it comes to crafting a sustainable health plan!
A “going all in” approach is about digging deep into these things. We combine cutting-edge methods with functional nutrition principles to uncover the hidden factors affecting your health. Maybe that includes a nutrient deficiency, impaired digestive function, inflammation, food sensitivities, environmental triggers, stress, or poor metabolic health, … Ultimately, my job is to figure out what those unique factors are for YOU and to tailor a plan that addresses those root causes of your health issue, while considering your specific needs and preferences.
This approach is also about forming an alliance - a partnership on your healing journey. It can be hard to do it on your own, so we’ll walk beside you. We’ll guide you, listen, find answers, hold you accountable, and work on your mindset and limiting beliefs.
Our 1:1 program timelines vary, typically ranging from three to six months, and are custom-built based on the type of support you require, whether you’re just starting out and looking to make initial foundational health changes or you have a more complex health history and are trying to target specific concerns.

The nature of this work is incredibly individual, so what you might need could look different than what another person might need. You might need a shorter program with no testing, or you might need a longer program with only two tests. There is so much variability and I customize each client’s program accordingly, therefore there are no standard prices for my services.

No aspect of health exists in a vacuum. If you are eating a beautiful diet but your stress levels are through the roof, we’re missing a piece of the puzzle. If you exercise every day but you get terrible sleep at night, we’re missing a piece of the puzzle. If you’re careful about what you put on your skin but you’re only pooping every couple of days, we’re missing a piece of the puzzle. All of this to say that our work together will go well beyond diet.
As part of my 6 month program that includes Health Coaching, you will be provided MRT meal and recipes ideas from my health coach and in our 3 month program, you are provided meal plans, cooking plans or recipe packs as needed. We also give you the tools to create your own. The goal is for you to be equipped and empowered to incorporate new habits into your life in a sustainable way.
Yes! Just kidding. But really, you’ll likely need to give up some of them, at least for a time. Because we’ll be taking an individualized approach, I cannot tell you what you will need to add or avoid until we do that deeper assessing through functional testing. I can, however, guarantee you that I will recommend a nutrient-dense whole food diet versus processed food, meal replacements, and shakes. I will likely encourage you to remove common inflammatory foods while we are figuring out what your body reacts to specifically. And here’s the best part - food sensitivities don’t have to be forever! By actively healing the gut at the same time that we’re employing a therapeutic diet, you have a better chance of being able to successfully reincorporate your reactive foods in the future. One more note here: focusing on what you can have instead of what you can’t will make this process much more enjoyable!
Everyone’s journey is different, and there is no concrete timeline. I typically work in 3 to 6-month programs, which is usually enough time for us to make considerable improvement, if not accomplish full resolution of your symptoms. However, healing often happens in layers, so we might choose to work together longer to do deeper digging into your health concerns. Remember, you likely didn’t become unwell overnight, nor will your symptoms resolve overnight. This is a journey, and the path to sustainable wellness is paved with small changes.
I do not specialize in weight loss, per se, but about 99% of the time, addressing underlying imbalances and adopting a real foods diet tailored to your unique nutritional needs results in healthy and sustained weight loss, (or gain where necessary). We will not be counting calories or restricting food. We will be silencing all the dogma and letting your body tell us what it needs.
Most likely I will recommend therapeutic supplementation as part of your program. What you take and for how long will be truly dependent on your labs, goals, concerns, and progress. I only work with professional-grade products that go through rigorous testing and certification. I am not affiliated with any supplement companies and will therefore recommend only the best products that I think will work truly for you.
